Roles and Responsibilities

• Requires strong communication skills
• Extensive experience in hiring OPT / CPT / H1B / GC / USC candidates from universities,
• networks, social networking sites and other sources
• Solid experience with OPT/CPT/H1 hiring and H1B transfer in a corporate environment
• Maintain an active database of OPT candidates
• Advertising on university websites and various job portals
• Good negotiation, sourcing, and networking skills
• Reviewing resumes for experience OPT candidates and verifying work status
• You need to have some understanding of the IT skills that are trending in the market
• Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and guidelines
• Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English language
• Good knowledge on Visa and US tax terms
