Emonics LLC is looking for an Bench Sales Executives ,We are looking for an individual who is well versed with the US Visa and tax terms and the one who can source and build the bench for our sales team. This is a day-one onsite position with lucrative incentives and benefits plans structured for our teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• Having Strong experience with 4+yrs
• Sell bench candidates including direct marketing candidates or trainees or H1B transfer candidates.
• Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants
• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information
• Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.
