Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end to end contract life cycle.
Work on MSA, PSA, NDA, NSA, and other intra company contracts
Conduct due diligence and respond to client audits

Qualification-LLB/LLM

Experience-6+ Years

Must be from US Staffing industry

Shift Timing-7:00 PM to 4:00AM

Working Days-Monday to Friday
