Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have working experience in US Staffing HR recruitment process (Inhouse Hiring) specifically for bench sales hiring (CPT/OPT)
- Coordination and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
- Good communication skill
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Efficiently and effectively fill organization internal open positions
- Recruitment (Sourcing, screening)
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Assist management in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

Must have exposure in bench sales hiring (CPT/OPT) .
